I found this doing some trawling the other day! Made me giggle, bein a CS nerd you hear some geeko's saying it far too often. Well, it would seem that some American company has created it, and its a high caffine drink, so not suprisingly its for the net nerds eh!

There have been final fantasy 11 potions out for awhile which i hear are ground up orphans and coffie beans....keeps you awake though.
